1- The organization do not take responsibility for accidents or injuries that could
happen to them to teachers and / or participants of the festival.

2- The organizers have right to change the program if this way they believe them necessarily.
It will be warned by sufficient anticipation of the realized changes.

3- In case of suspension of courses and workshops, 100 % of paid by the participants will be
restored to them.

4- The organization will only refund the subscriber in case of accident or illness and will
require medical proof.

5- Rules of comfort:

- Video & Camera: is usually not allowed in the workshops, some teachers however, don't mind if the
students are taking photos or filming the other participants in the end of the workshop. You should always
ask the teacher for permission before you film or take any pictures!

-Watching: It is not allowed to sit and watch the classes if your friend is dancing for example.
Only the course participants are allowed in the class rooms.

- Clothes: We advise you to bring warm clothes and also warm socks for your feet. The building is very big and
doesn't have central heating

-Water and Sandwiches: Don't forget water. We will sell it as well. As you will get hungry, in the bazaar
we will sell Arab tea and snacks to eat. In the sports centre there is a machine with coffee, biscuits and chocolate.
