An introduction to self-well being, where we invite you to reconnect with yourself through your body, feelings and imagination. We will awake the artistic expression of your daily routine in order to reinforce the capacity of choice and dedication to yourself.
It is not necessary to have any dance experience.
This is a course for any type of woman: housewives, professionals, and anyone who wants to enjoy life even more.

We offer accommodation in double rooms in a marvellous and unique place surrounded by sea and mountains.
We recommend comfortable clothes to allow freedom of movement. If possible bring a small blanket and a pillow for meditation.
The food provided will be healthy and light.  If you have a special need do not hesitate to contact us.

 

The workshop will be given in various languages.

PLACE OF THE WORKSHOP: FRIGILIANA (Málaga)
In a mansion in the field of Frigiliana. The appointment is to 19h, Wednesday 5 December; in the hotel “Villa Frigiliana” will gather the cars there to us. If you come later or earlier, it warns the organization.

If you have less than 50 years or do not need the housing during the course, ask for more information us.

TEACHER: Luchy López

Luchy López

Luchy López is an actress, an instructor of expressive movement and of the harmonic System Rio Abierto psycho-corporal techniques. She is a dancer and a belly dance teacher.
She has worked since 2004 with Myriam Szabo in the development of Danza Duende.
As an actress she studied in Juan Carlos Corazza´s well known Drama school in Madrid. Teaching belly dance for actors there since 2003.

She’s been a disciple of the Egyptian master Shokry Mohamed as a Belly dancer and also started teaching in his studio "Las Pirámides" from 2002.
She studied in the Madrid academy of Espacio Movimiento under Graciela Figueroa’s supervision.

She worked for 3 years with Carmen Enguita´s workshop exploring feminine energy “Living The Woman I am”.
Luchy actually works as an actress in theatre, movies and television.
Her particular way of integrating all this professional formation has created a body expression work which is more and more appreciated and requested.

 BY CAR

Coming from the west: motorway N-340 (Autovía del Mediterráneo), direction Almeria, Motril, exit Nerja, Frigiliana
Coming from the east: motorway N-340 (Autovía del Mediterráneo), direction Málaga, exit Nerja
Coming from the north (Madrid): Motorway A-IV, direction Cordoba, Bailen. In Bailen take A- 44, direction Jaén, Granada. In Granada take N-323, direction Motril. In Motril take N-340, dirección Nerja, Málaga, exit Nerja, Frigiliana.

FROM THE AIRPORT

1. - Take the bus in the airport n 19 (frequency every 30 min) to the bus station of centre of Malaga.
2. - From the bus station in Malaga take the bus to Nerja. Bus company going to Nerja Alsina Graells (for the frequency look at www.estabus.emtsam.es )
3. - From Nerja bus station take the bus to Frigiliana (for the frequency look at www.frigiliana.org/ayun_autobuses.html )

The train station is behind of the bus station where you take buses to Nerja.
